Removal Process
After receiving valid notice:
- The team will review claims promptly.
- If infringement is confirmed, removal may occur without further communication.
- A notification will be sent to the submitter acknowledging action taken.
Counterclaim Process
Anyone whose material is removed may challenge removal by:
- Providing their name, contact information, and the specific material’s details.
- Including a statement explaining good-faith belief the material’s removal was a mistake.
- Certifying they accept jurisdiction of courts in their location.
