Removal Process

After receiving valid notice:

Counterclaim Process

Anyone whose material is removed may challenge removal by:

  1. Providing their name, contact information, and the specific material’s details.
  2. Including a statement explaining good-faith belief the material’s removal was a mistake.
  3. Certifying they accept jurisdiction of courts in their location.
